- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, undamaged, and in brand new condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@morinella.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your request is eligible.
- Defective Products:
- In the event that you receive a defective product due to manufacturing, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for the return shipping label and cover the shipping costs for defective product returns.
- Once we receive the defective item, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference and product availability.
- Refunds and Store Credit:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
